As most of you probably know, the CTA made a totally uncharacteristic move and actually followed through on its threats to cut transit service across the city in the face of rising expenses, a lowered budget and the usual monetary shortfall. Economic impacts and civic impairment aside, the real question won’t present itself for several months yet already eats away at all of us: what about getting to the ballpark?
